Assistance to Logistic Parks

Gujarat's industrial policy supports the development of logistic parks that provide infrastructure for cargo aggregation, distribution, inter-modal transfer, storage, bonded warehouses, and container freight stations — strengthening the state's supply chain backbone.

Capital support for container freight station infrastructure — inter-modal transfer between road, rail, and port.

Ambient Condition Storage

Covers open and closed storage facilities maintained at ambient conditions during the transit period.

Material Handling Equipment

Assistance for cranes, forklifts, conveyors, and other equipment used to move goods within the logistics park.

Business & Commercial Facilities

Supports office and commercial space serving park tenants — administration, customs clearance, and allied services.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must be an Industrial Association, or an enterprise/SPV registered under the Societies Act, Partnership Act, Trust Act, or Companies Act, constituted for setting up a Logistics Park
Minimum land requirement of 20 hectares for the logistics park
Project must be completed within three years from the date of approval by the Industries Commissioner
The park must be maintained and operational for at least ten years after completion
Investment must be made during the scheme's operative period
