JSV Consultancy provides professional industrial and government consultancy services to businesses, MSMEs, and industrial enterprises, including but not limited to:

• Government subsidy identification, application preparation, and liaison (Gujarat & Maharashtra policies)
• GIDC land allotment, plot transfer, utilisation certificate, and related liaison services
• Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation and project finance assistance
• ISO certification guidance and documentation support
• Electricity duty exemption and GST consulting liaison
• Trademark registration filing support
• General industrial compliance advisory

The specific scope of services for each client is defined in the individual engagement agreement or confirmation communicated at the start of the engagement.

By using this website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When engaging our consultancy services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: All documents, declarations, and information provided to JSV Consultancy must be accurate, complete, and genuine. We are not liable for consequences arising from false or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Timely document availability: Promptly provide all requested documents, approvals, and clarifications necessary to process your application or service request. Delays in document submission may impact processing timelines.
• Compliance with government requirements: Ensure your enterprise meets all eligibility criteria as required by the applicable government scheme or policy before engaging our services for that scheme.
• Confidentiality of advice: Reports, DPRs, and strategic recommendations provided by JSV Consultancy are for your business use only and must not be shared with third parties without our written consent.

Fees for our services are mutually agreed upon at the commencement of each engagement and communicated in writing. Our general engagement model is as follows:

• Retainer-based engagements: A fixed consultancy fee is payable upfront or in instalments as agreed, covering document preparation, application filing, and liaison services.
• Success-linked components: Where applicable, a portion of the fee may be linked to successful subsidy disbursement or approval. Specific terms will be outlined in your engagement confirmation.
• Out-of-pocket expenses: Government filing fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges incurred on your behalf will be billed at actuals with supporting documentation.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payments are due as per the schedule agreed at engagement commencement.

JSV Consultancy is not liable for:

• Government delays: Processing delays, approvals, or decisions by government departments, GIDC, financial institutions, or any regulatory body are outside our control. We cannot guarantee specific timelines set by government authorities.
• Policy changes: Amendments, withdrawal, or modification of government subsidy schemes or policies after the commencement of your engagement. Our advice is based on policies in force at the time of engagement.
• Application rejection: Rejection of applications by government bodies due to reasons beyond our control, including policy interpretation by the authority, eligibility determination, or changes in scheme guidelines.
• Indirect or consequential loss: Any loss of profit, business opportunity, or indirect damages arising from delays, rejections, or our consultancy advice.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the specific engagement to which the claim relates.

All content on this website — including text, images, the JSV Consultancy logo, service descriptions, and policy guides — is the intellectual property of JSV Consultancy and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws.

Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), eligibility analyses, and strategy documents prepared by JSV Consultancy for a client are provided under a limited, non-transferable licence for that client's internal business use only. These documents may not be shared, resold, or published without prior written consent from JSV Consultancy.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary, business, and technical information shared during the engagement. JSV Consultancy will not disclose your business information to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., filing with government departments) or as required by law.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable immediately.
• JSV Consultancy will return all original documents provided by the client.
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination and remain in force indefinitely.

JSV Consultancy reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if the client provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or breaches these Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Vapi, Gujarat, India.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vapi / Valsad, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
