Assistance for Shed Developed by Private Developer

Assistance for Shed Developed by Private Developer

Capital subsidy for private developers building industrial sheds, so micro and small enterprises can access ready industrial space across Gujarat.

Scheme Overview

Shed Development Assistance for MSEs

This scheme provides a capital subsidy to private developers who build industrial sheds for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) — the developer receives the assistance directly and passes its value through to the MSE at the time of shed allotment, reducing the effective cost of ready industrial space across Gujarat's private industrial estates.

JSV Consultancy helps developers structure their estate proposal, prepare the DPR, and manage the disbursement process across both payment milestones.
