Shed Development Assistance for MSEs

This scheme provides rental subsidy to micro and small enterprises (MSEs) occupying sheds in private developer-built industrial estates, reducing operational costs and encouraging formal industrial activity across Gujarat's growing private industrial zones.

ℹ️ Claims are submitted annually on the basis of verified rent payment receipts. JSV prepares and files the annual reimbursement application on your behalf.

Eligibility Criteria

Unit must be classified as Micro or Small Enterprise (MSE) under Udyam Registration
The industrial shed must be located in a private developer estate approved by the State Government
Lease agreement must be for a minimum period of 5 years
Unit must commence commercial production within the approved industrial estate
Application must be filed with District Industries Centre (DIC) within 6 months of commencing production
Unit must maintain valid Udyam, GST, and other mandatory registrations throughout the benefit period

Approved Estate Requirements

Industrial estate developed by registered private developer on minimum 10 acres
GIDC-approved or Industries Commissioner-approved layout
Basic infrastructure: road, power connection, water supply in place
Common amenities such as weigh-bridge, security, and drainage provided
Developer must hold No Objection Certificate from local authority

Udyam Registration certificate
Lease or rent agreement with private developer (min 5 years)
Proof of approval of the industrial estate by the State Government
Monthly rent payment receipts
Factory/production commencement certificate from DIC
GST registration certificate
Bank account details for direct subsidy credit
