Textile Park Assistance — SSSTVC Scheme
Infrastructure support, capital subsidy, and cluster benefits for textile units setting up in approved Textile Parks under Gujarat's SSSTVC framework.
SSSTVC: Textile Park Development
The Textile Park component of SSSTVC supports world-class textile manufacturing clusters in Gujarat, providing both developer-level infrastructure grants and unit-level capital subsidies to textile manufacturers who set up within these parks.
JSV Consultancy helps textile units identify the right park, assess eligibility, and complete the application process to claim park-specific incentives — whether you're a developer building a park or a unit setting up within one.
Developer-Level Infrastructure Grants
Developers building approved textile parks can claim these infrastructure subsidies:
| Infrastructure Component | Subsidy Rate | Maximum Cap |
|---|---|---|
| Internal roads and drainage | 25% of infrastructure cost | Up to ₹5 crore per park |
| Power distribution network | 25% of infrastructure cost | Up to ₹3 crore per park |
| Common effluent treatment plant (CETP) | 50% of CETP cost | Up to ₹10 crore per CETP |
| Water supply network | 25% of infrastructure cost | Up to ₹2 crore per park |
| Common warehouse / testing lab | 25% of construction cost | Up to ₹2 crore per facility |
Unit-Level Benefits (Manufacturers)

Capital Subsidy (Micro/Small units in park)
20% of eligible investment
Cap: Up to ₹50 lakh
Interest Subsidy (Term Loan)
6% p.a.

Park Benefits for Textile Manufacturers
Setting up within an approved textile park gives you infrastructure advantages beyond just financial subsidies.
Ready Infrastructure
Roads, power, water, and drainage pre-built — dramatically cutting your project setup time and upfront capex.
Plug & Play Sheds
Ready-to-use factory sheds within parks — start production faster with minimal construction delays.
Shared CETP
Access to Common Effluent Treatment Plant eliminates the need for individual ETP — saving ₹25–75 lakh per unit.
Cluster Ecosystem
Proximity to ancillary suppliers, shared warehousing, common testing labs, and worker dormitories reduce per-unit operating costs.
